Our program empowers women and girls to seek nontraditional work opportunities by providing the mentorship and training which will prepare them to tackle the complex nature of working in a male dominated industry. Our pre-apprenticeship program combines research from the learning sciences with real world application so that our graduates are successful in obtaining employment, and attaining home ownership as a result of participating in our program.
We seek to show every woman that she is capable of any career she chooses and wish to provide the tools and skill set necessary to do so. Specifically, our program is designed for those who are homeless or at-risk for homelessness to both move into well paying jobs and stable and affordable housing through our comprehensive training program.
